Starting as young as 3 years old, we have kids classes for all ages! With kids classes Monday-Saturday, your child will be able to learn the foundations of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and No Gi, and apply those skills during live sparring sessions with kids of the same level. By incorporating a fun, family environment, our athletes learn discipline, respect, and balance while working hard and building friendships on the mat.

No matter your age, level, or fitness, we have a class for you! From beginners through competitors, all our athletes started as white belts and worked their way up through hard work and perseverance. Our classes also include specific times for No Gi, and adults over 40 for more specialized training and attention. Our jiu-jitsu classes incorporate self-defense techniques that can be applied in dangerous situations as well as build confidence. Not to mention that jiu-jitsu is a great workout!

In addition to our jiu-jitsu classes, we also offer a Striking class. Our highly rated Striking coaches offer classes for both kids and adults and go over the basics of striking, kicks, defense, and more. It is the perfect complement to our ground-based jiu-jitsu program.
